DO I PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
Normally orders using standard shipping will not be charged for customs fee.

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS IN MY SHIPPING DETAILS, CAN I CHANGE IT?If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately to change your details. If your item has already been shipped we cannot change or re-route your product and you will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have entered the wrong information please ensure you contact us as soon as possible in order to correctly label and send your package out.

RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY

We hope you enjoyed shopping with us and we hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, , or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our warranty + return policy.
RETURNS
If the package has been opened / the pieces have been worn , refunds won't be accepted due to hygiene and product activity .
If the jewellery package hasnf been opened All returns must be posted within 5 working days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Delivery Cost is not included in the refund ( Price of item will be refunded)
Return process:
To return an item please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain authorisation & our postal address. Please include, Your name, order number, whether you would like a refund, or an exchange, the reason for your return OR exchange and image of the product you have received. After receiving authorisation, place the item securely in its original packaging alongside your name and order number to post.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds:
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. If accepted please allow at least two (2) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take a few days to process. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.

Anything we guarantee won't happen to your jewellery . Guardian Angels is covered by our 30-day warranty. This includes;

Tax Duties
Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we cannot be held responsbile for these charges.
Please check your country's tax specifications before placing your order.
Unclaimed Parcels
If you missed your delivery and fail to pick up your package in due time, it will automatically be sent back to us.
We are under no circumstance, held responsible for unclaimed parcels or if the address provided at checkout is incorrect.
Should your package be sent back to us, a refund will be processed for you automatically minus shipping costs.
Missing Parcel
We cannot class a parcel as missing until 6 weeks have passed from the due date. If your order has gone missing, we will file a claim with Royal Mail, and once compensation has been received for the item, only then can a refund for the missing item be processed.
